LATEST NEWS – 19 Nov 2021
Enfield Council have published revisions to the planning application and they may have either sent you a letter or emailed you requesting comments.
We consider that the changes are inconsequential and the development would still overburden the local roads and social infrastructure: The height and
scale of the four high-rise towers are the same, the number of flats is still 351, the public parking is still minimal and will result in the same disability and security concerns, the problematic access from the Cockfosters Road would be the same.
We have been told that “all representations already received are being taken into consideration and will be reported”.
Accordingly, we advise you do the following:
If you have previously objected and your concerns remain, there is no need to repeat those objections.
If you do object to these changes to the plans and wish to make additional comments, you should state that your previous objections also apply.
If you have not previously objected, but now wish to do so, please see below for the most efficient way to do so.
The closing deadline for comments is now 9th December 2021.
